How many times have you seen something on TV, the internet or in a catalog, and thought, "Wow that looks great"? You order it and then wait patiently for it to arrive. That special day comes, you open the package, and it looks nothing like the picture! Yuck!

However, things are looking up. A huge box arrived at our house a few days ago, and the anticipation was almost unbearable…ok, so I exaggerate a little bit. The Penzinator’s new bed from Orvis, with memory foam, no less, was inside. It looked fantastic, and even better than the picture, because it had her name, "The Penzinator", emblazoned across the back.

Penz immediately scampered over and claimed her new bed, bypassing the old faithful shearling she slept in for years. A very successful purchase all around. What have you ordered lately? Did it look like the picture?
