Boston is very much a 24-hour city, and Lowell native Michael Burns is here every night to provide company for anyone who's working third shift, up feeding the baby, or just sleepless. Michael began his radio career at WLLH - the same station that launched Ed McMahon of "The Tonight Show" fame. Michael actually worked with the man who had hired Ed years earlier.

Michael became an overnight sensation when he took over as host of the MAGIC NIGHTSHIFT nineteen years ago. He also hosts Sunday Morning Country Oldies on Greater Media sister station Country 102.5. Michael is #1 in the ratings! In the wee hours - more people listen to MAGIC 106.7 during the nightshift to than any other Boston radio station!
