When did you start at MAGIC? I started in January 1991 as a part-timer and went full time as music director and on-air personality that July, so it has been 22 years!Favorite type of food? I’m not a picky eater and I like all kinds of food. Sushi is one of the best!Favorite MAGIC artist? I figure I’ve programmed between 2 and 3 million songs as music director at Magic so it’s really difficult to say somebody is my favorite.Favorite new TV show? Boston’s Finest! I liked seeing the neighborhoods that are so familiar through the very different perspective of a police officer on the beat. It was great to see their lives behind the scenes also. American Idol or The Voice? Idol, but if it weren’t for Angie Miller they would’ve lost me this year.Favorite drink? Dr. Pepper, Labatt’s Blue.Favorite thing to cook? One of my favorite meals to cook is a big roast in the slow cooker and serve it on rice.Favorite place to vacation? Far away - Tokyo. Close to home – our family’s little summer place in Central Mass where I’ve been going since I was 9 years old. What would your alternate career be if you didn’t work at MAGIC? I’d like to be on the move, a railroad engineer maybe. What’s the worst job you ever had? In college I worked the overnight shift in a plastic factory. How to take the fun out of a summer vacation!Who is your celebrity crush? LOL, I can’t even make up a good answer to this one. Dogs or Cats, or Neither? My two cats would kill me if I didn’t say they are the best.Favorite place to take your tourist friends when they visit Boston? The top of the Pru, to see the whole city spread out before us.
