George Knight, a native of Weston and graduate of UMass Amherst, is multi-instrumentalist who had played live music in venues around Boston since he was 14. George has been in the Greater Media family for twelve years, primarily on sister station WBOS, where he held a number of positions including co-host of morning drive with Robin Young and host of Sunday Morning Over Easy. He's also been on sister station Country 102.5, and he does new music reviews and concert listings on NECN's "Good Morning Live" show. George is now heard on Sundays from 4 PM - 8 PM on MAGIC 106.7.

Most embarrassing moment on the radio?
Early in my career I was doing traffic reports for several radio/TV stations and was supposed to use an alternate radio name on some stations. One day I was at work despite having a bad case of the flu, and finished my report on one of those “alternate name“ stations by saying that I was George Knight (which happens to be my real name). It wouldn’t have been so bad if I hadn’t also said the wrong station. Oops.
