If you're new to the area, here are some tips to help you understand what people are saying and help you get around in general.

When did you start at MAGIC?
December 1989

Favorite Restaurant:
Upstairs at the Square, Harvard Square

Favorite MAGIC Artist:
Candy O'Terry. In addition to being an excellent Assistant Program Director, she's a fabulous singer. Also the Standells. We only play "Dirty Water" following a Red
Sox win.

Actor/Actress:
Kevin Spacey, Charlize Theron

All-time Favorite Movie:
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid

TV Show you never miss:
The Colbert Report

Favorite food:
A hot dog at Fenway. A grilled one from the 3rd base pavilion, not a steamed one like you get in the stands. At a restaurant it would be cajun blackened swordfish. For dessert, creme brulee.

Least favorite food:
Anything with gicky cheese..like bleu cheese, goat cheese, gorgozola, feta, brie, havarti, boursin, etc.

Favorite drink:
Dunkin' Donuts coffee. Dewar's 12. Also Boylan Diet Creme Soda. I used to order Jones Sugar-Free Cream Soda. It was clear, but not available around here, so I ordered it from Seattle. I was bummed when they dropped the flavor.

Your ideal vacation is:
Chilling at my place on the Cape. Going to Paris. Also, I'm doing a tour of major
league ballparks. I've already been to games at 35 of them. As of 2010 I have 5 more to knock off.

What would you do if you weren’t on the radio?
I'd write a novel, then direct a movie of my book.

Historical event you wish you could have witnessed?
Obama's Inauguration

Favorite place in Boston:
Fenway Park

Worst job you ever had?
Selling lawnmowers one summer at Jordan Marsh in Framingham. Since college I have always worked at radio stations and have never had a bad job at one.

Favorite athlete:
Past: Dwight Evans. My Red Sox #24 shirt is not a Manny shirt, it's a Dewey shirt. Present: Mike Lowell or Jacoby Ellsbury.

Most embarrassing moment on the radio?
Doing a remote broadcast at Whalom Park and the button that would start the next song back at the radio station broke. I was stuck blabbing for 45 minutes until an engineer finally fixed it.
