Does It Fit?

One of the most miserable places on earth for me is a fitting room in a clothing store. I love clothes but I'm super particular about what I wear and how it looks on me. I have a certain style and taste I guess. It drives my family nuts sometimes cause it's so hard for anyone to shop for me. I'll tell you though, I was in a fitting room this morning trying on clothes and you would have thought it was the end of  the world. It was so damn frustrating. Everything I pulled off the rack that I thought had a chance of going home with me and that looked so good on the floor was a humungus failure. It was so hot in that little fitting room and the lighting in those places is always so unflattering that it throws you into a tornado of a depression, short lived as it is. All I want is some nice new clothes for the summer, is that too much to ask? I wish these stores would have nice lighting, enough air circulation so you can breathe and gaurantee that you're going to look white hot in that outfit. Well that last one I know is a stretch! I walked out of that store with a big goose egg.(nothing) Whew.... I highly recommend blogging, it releases so much pent up aggravation. Too damn funny!!

Dan, I thought just women had that problem. I enjoy getting new clothes too, but I always have trouble finding what I'm looking for. I've been wearing some tops that are a few years old, but are very comfortable, and still in good conditon. New clothes that I have bought, I don't wear, because they just don't feel right on me. What a waste. I have also left the store empty handed, because, I just couldn't find anything I like.
