Justin Bieber doesn’t want to be another cautionary celebrity tale.

TMZ reports that the pop star was rear-ended in West Hollywood on Tuesday afternoon while being pursued by a paparazzo.

“There should be laws against what I just experienced. We should have learned from the death of Princess Diana…” he tweeted on Tuesday.

While a bit outrageous to compare himself to the late royal, it is important to note that Diana was killed in 1997 in part because her driver was attempting to outrun photogs.

The first half of his next tweet might be even more controversial. He wrote, “…I don’t’ have a problem with Paparazzi but when they act recklessly they put us all in danger.”

Bieber clearly has a bit of a problem with photographers, considering he’s been accused by more than one photographer of allegedly destroying camera equipment.

Just yesterday, it was reported that he’s being investigated for attempted robbery after supposedly “lunging at a fan” who was trying to snap a photo of the star.

What do you think of the Biebs’ comments?
