Justin Bieber just took a plea stemming from his drag racing arrest in January, only to be hit with another lawsuit.
The perpetually litigated pop star is being sued by Aja Oxman, a paparazzo who claims the singer and his bodyguard broke his camera.
The Biebs was cliff diving in Hawaii last year, when his bodyguard was charged with 3rd degree assault and 4th degree criminal property damage, according to Perez Hilton.
But the photog doesn’t want Bieber to go unpunished, claiming he allegedly ordered the assault and “destroyed the camera with his bodyguard.”
Bieber is facing a similar situation in Miami, after another paparazzo, Manuel Munoz, claims the 20-year-old star’s bodyguard locked him in a Subway before damaging his camera and injuring him in the process.
He took a plea deal in the other Miami lawsuit, stemming from his arrest on suspicion of DUI, according to “The Guardian.”
Bieber pled guilty to misdemeanor charges of careless driving and resisting arrest, and he will complete an anger management and make a charitable donation.
