Don’t mess with the bull, because you might get the horns – or, in the case of a Kardashian, a sternly worded letter from her lawyer.
Kendall Jenner is threatening to sue the waitress who claimed earlier this week that the reality star threw money in her face after walking out of a restaurant without paying, E! News reports.
Kendall’s lawyer, Martin Singer, sent a cease-and-desist letter to Blaine Morris, the server in question, asserting that there was “no scene” and she “politely handed [her] $40” on a $33 bill.
“Although you are working as a waitress… I understand that you are also a struggling actress whose credits include a handful of television appearances,” Singer wrote (via E!). “You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself and raise your own public profile.”
As previously reported, Morris had a recurring role on MTV’s adaptation of “Skins” before the show was cancelled after one season.
“That horrible moment [when] you chase a Kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face,” she tweeted before later removing it.
