“Sam & Cat” is over, and like Ariana Grande, Jennette McCurdy is ready to move on.

For the former “iCarly” actress, that means posting a new Reddit blog explaining how she is “not a role model.”

“I don’t claim to be, I don’t try to be, and I don’t want to be… Sure I’ve made mistakes, but even if I hadn’t, people would have found invisible ones,” she said. “This world is one seemingly most keen on judgment and negativity, despite all the hearts and smiley emoticons.”

McCurdy has been increasingly outspoken about her frustration at Nickelodeon, denying that the drama stemmed from leaked photos of herself in lingerie or a salary dispute with Grande.

Still, their show was ultimately cancelled after one extended season,

“Calling a celebrity is like calling a stranger a role model… It’s good to have heroes, but you have to look for them in the right places,” she wrote. “They say don’t look for true love in a bar, well I say, don’t look for role models on screens.”
