Katy Perry appears to be roaring mad at MTV.

The pop star seemingly took offense to being snubbed by the Video Music Awards.

While she actually debuted "Roar" live at last year’s show, the music video for the hit was not nominated for Video of the Year or any other awards.

In response, she tweeted, “I’m good with my 569,000,000+ views on Roar.”

It wasn’t a total loss, since the singer did received two nominations, including Best Female Video and Best Collaboration for “Dark Horse.”

Perry, a UNICIEF Goodwill Ambassador, also released a brand new “Unconditionally” music video over the weekend to raise HIV awareness.

The video brought HIV positive and HIV negative people together and encouraged everyone to “#ShowYourLove for all the adolescents facing stigma.”

The MTV VMAs will air live on Sunday, August 24 at 9pm on MTV! Do you agree with Katy’s frustration? Sound off in the comments and don’t forget to check out her new “Unconditionally” video!
