Tracy Morgan
is on the mend after the car crash that resulted in the death of another comic.

Morgan was spotted by photographers leaving the rehab center he’s been staying in since leaving the hospital, as he is stable enough to convalesce at home for the rest of his recovery.

The “30 Rock” actor told the paparazzi that he’s in good spirits after undergoing leg surgery, although he still has a long road ahead, “Entertainment Tonight” reports.

“I’m okay,” he said before getting into the car. “I love you very much. Thank you. I appreciate everything.”

His other injuries include a broken nose, femur and a several ribs. He has since sued Walmart for negligence, as one of the company’s drivers was allegedly responsible for the crash that led to the death of comedian James “Jimmy Mack” McNair.

Per CNN, Walmart has since issued a statement reading, “We know it will take some time to resolve all of the remaining issues as a result of the accident, but we’re committed to doing the right thing for all involved.”
