Flavor Flav
was really trying to bring the noise on Independence Day.

TMZ reports that the rapper and former reality star was busted with over 100 pounds of fireworks over the weekend.

It isn’t the first time this has happened, and the fireworks – which costs thousands of dollars – reportedly required a “special unit” to be disposed.

Last year was a similar situation, with TMZ snapping photos of $8,000 worth of fireworks.

For Flav, though, this is a sure sign that his legal issues are slowing down. He was arrested back in 2012 on an alleged assault charge, along with an arrest back in ’91 and an attempted murder charge.

Since his “Flavor of Love” days, he seems to be mostly lying low. His last location for his restaurant chain, Flavor Flav’s Chicken & Ribs, shut down last year.
