Thursday marks Lindsay Lohan’s 28th birthday, and she’s celebrating by suing the creators of “Grand Theft Auto V.”
Gossip Cop reports that she filed suit on Wednesday, claiming that they used her likeness for a character, Lacey Jonas, and also modeled the role after her.
A fan site dedicated to the game, GTA Wiki, notes that Lacey “Moans about how difficult it is to be famous, and explains that she has even exiled herself from her parents and spent millions of dollars in an attempt to lose her regional accent.”
The game comes from Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive Software, and
The actress recently confirmed that she would be making her stage debut in London this fall in David Mamet’s “Speed-the-Plow.”
