Tracy Morgan
will begin his slow road to recovery after being moved from the hospital to a physical rehab center this week.

“Tracy has been transferred to an undisclosed rehab center, where he is expected to remain for the next few weeks,” his rep told “People” in statement. “While he is continuing to show signs of improvement, he still has a long way to go.”

Morgan recently underwent surgery on his leg, which he injured in a crash that left several injured and left another comedian, James “Jimmy Mack” McNair, dead.

Following the accident, the “30 Rock” condition was in critical condition until being upgraded to fair condition earlier this week.

In spite of the tragic events, Morgan is engaged to Megan Wolliver, and his new gig at FXX will be waiting for him after his recovery.

“We will support Tracy and his family every way possible throughout his recovery,” a statement from FX Networks reads (via “Entertainment Weekly”). “At the point when Tracy has recovered and decides that he is ready to go back to work, his show will be waiting for him.”
