It looks like Mike Sorrentino might have gotten himself into in a sticky legal “situation.”

The “Jersey Shore” alum known as The Situation was reportedly arrested over a fist fight at a tanning salon in Middletown, NJ, according to TMZ.

He is believed to have been in a brawl with his brother, Frank, who will appear with Mike in their upcoming TV Guide Channel docuseries “The Sorrentinos.”

Both of the brothers have been promoting the new reality show within the past few hours, and it’s unclear how things escalated and turned physical.

Of course, Sitch is no stranger to a brawl, including a particularly nasty fight with his costar Ronnie Magro back in 2011.

Since the show ended, he has become sober and has fought to turn over a new leaf. “The Sorrentinos” is set to air on Tuesday, July 15 at 10pm.
