Michael Jackson
had his fair share of public battles, but his brother believes he would have some sage advice for Justin Bieber if he was still around.

Jermaine Jackson spoke with TMZ and shared that not only would his late brother have been friends with Bieber, but he would have been able to get through to the embattled young singer.

“Michael would’ve straightened him out,” he told TMZ. “Michael would’ve spoke to him like a father figure, told him, ‘Hey, you gotta cool it. Calm down.’”

As for how Michael would have responded to the recently-leaked videos of Justin allegedly making racist remarks, Jermaine said, “I don’t know. That’s tough.”

If anyone knew of the growing pains of fame and former child stardom, it was Michael. The anniversary of his passing is coming up on June 25, and it’s hard to believe it’s already been five years.
