Seeing a grown-up Hilary Duff back on TV is enough to make anybody feel old, but her show is all about feeling “Younger.”

In fact, that’s the title of her new TV Land series, starring “Bunheads” alum Sutton Foster as a 40-year-old woman who trades her dignity, wisdom and self-respect for a second chance” at being 26 and to land a new job.

Duff plays her twenty-something coworker, along with Debi Mazar and Miriam Shor. The new first-look trailer is also heavy on the flirtation between Foster and Nico Tortorella (“The Following").

The “Lizzie McGuire” actress briefly pops up to remind her new work friend that “we’re only in our 20s once.”

From “Sex & the City” creator Darren Star, the series marks the cable network’s second single-camera effort after “Jennifer Falls,” the Jaime Pressly comedy currently airing Wednesdays after “Hot in Cleveland.”

The 30-second teaser is not nearly enough, but luckily, “Younger” is set to hit TV Land this fall.
