’s health has started improving following injuries he sustained during a deadly car wreck over the weekend.

The “30 Rock” star remains in critical condition but he is “more responsive, which Is an incredibly encouraging sign,” his publicist, Lewis Kay, told CNN on Sunday.

His injuries reportedly include a broken leg and femur that required surgery, along with a broken nose and ribs.

“[His family] is tremendously overwhelmed and appreciative of the outpouring of love and support from his fans,” Kay added to CNN.

A truck driver has since been charged with four counts of assault by auto and one count of death by auto in the crash.

Five vehicles were involved in the pile-up, which led to the death of comedian James “Jimmy Mack” McNair. Also injured were comedians Harris Stanton and Ardie Fuqua.
