From the looks of the trailer, Robin Wright’s new film will take you on an emotional rollercoaster.

Selling your computerized image to a Hollywood studio for use while you care for your sick child may sound strange, but that’s exactly what she does in “The Congress.”

Wright plays a fictionalized version of herself in the project, in which she sacrifices everything she has worked for in order to save her son’s life as his health makes a turn for the worst.

The "House of Cards" star must make a decision that will ultimately change her life, to stop acting and give up what she has known in exchange for an unpredictable future full of challenges and new beginnings.

Mad Men” actor Jon Hamm stars alongside Wright, along with Paul Giamatti, Harvey Keitel and Danny Huston.

Per “EW,” “The Congress” is due out on iTunes and VOD July 29, followed by a theatrical run beginning August 29. Check out the trailer and let us know what you think!
