After her arrest last fall for allegedly driving while intoxicated, Dina Lohan’s sentencing came “fully loaded” today.

ABC News reports that a judge granted a plea deal for 100 hours of community service, along with having her driver’s license suspended for a year and a $3,000 fine.

The troubled momager of Lindsay Lohan pleaded guilty to the charges, and she will also have a breathalyzer on her vehicle for one year once she has her license.

After the judge reportedly warned her that she was lucky there were no fatalities, adding, “She may not be as lucky next time,” TMZ alleges that she responded by saying, “There will not be a next time.”

While Lohan has not stayed out of the tabloids any more than her daughter, she did publish her first memoir, entitled “Dina Lohan: My Journey,” in February.
