is in hot water again after a years-old video of him reportedly telling a racist joke hit the Internet.

TMZ reports that the video, which was taken when the singer was just 15, has him using a racial slur repeatedly in his "joke."

Bieber has since issued an apology to “The Hollywood Reporter” for the five-year-old video.

“As a kid, I didn’t understand the power of certain words and how they can hurt,” he told “THR.” “I thought it was ok to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn’t realize at the time that it wasn’t funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance.”

The Biebs claims he has since grown up and he apologized “to all those” he offended, stating, “I was a kid then and I am a man now who knows my responsibility to the world and to not make that mistake again.”
