In news that sounds more like Justin Bieber than Justin Timberlake, JT has found himself embroiled in a bit of an international controversy.

The “Suit & Tie” singer posted a photo of himself at the Western Wall in Jerusalem with a caption that read: “The Holy Land… What an experience. I will never forget this day. #Israel.”

According to GossipCop, the caption ignited some anger from fans over a Timberlake’s perceived statement regarding the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

He is currently overseas on his 20/20 Experience World Tour, then in Tel Aviv for a concert before heading next to Morocco and Portugal.

In July, he’ll return to the States for a show in Buffalo, NY, before touring around North America through mid-August.

His latest single, “Not a Bad Thing,” is topping Billboards Pop Songs and Hot AC charts this week.

The singer has not yet commented on the controversy. Check out a complete list of tour dates over at his official site.
