Kesha
’s a pop singer at the top of her game, so what better time to mentor fresh talent on ABC’s “Rising Star”?

The “C’Mon” singer hit the stage at the Billboard Music Awards with her new co-stars, Ludacris, Josh Groban and Brad Paisley, after which they dished to “Billboard” about the concept for the series.

“Your career will either live or die in one song on this show,” she explained of the show’s real-time voting system. “America is watching. America is voting. It’s insane pressure. I don’t wish it on anyone. But I’m really excited to watch it.”

As for any collaborations – in the vein of Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine’s “Moves Like Jagger” – Groban was quick to say all that was in the mix right now is friendship.

“What would that sound like?” Kesha joked to "Billboard" about a duet between herself and Groban. “I have been thinking about what that would sound like. I think it would just blow people’s minds.”
