Rowan Blanchard and Sabrina Carpenter are ready to “Take on the World.”

The two actresses will play Riley Matthews and her friend Maya, respectively, on Disney’s highly-anticipated “Girl Meets World,” but they’re getting an early introduction.

Instead of opting for a simple title card, the old-school opening credits for the new “Boy Meets World” spinoff has hit the web, courtesy of “Entertainment Weekly.”

Along with the 50-second video, featuring the stars, the full version of the original song “Take on the World,” sung by the two girls, has been released.

Blanchard’s Riley is the lead and the daughter of Cory (
Ben Savage) and Topanga (Danielle Fishel) on the follow-up, which will pick up where “Boy” left off when it ended its original run in 2000.

“Girl Meets World” will bow on Disney on June 27, after the premiere of the network’s latest original movie, “Zapped.

How excited are you for the show to start next month? Take a listen to both versions of the song and let us know what you think in the comments!
