As a singer, dancer and actress, Jennifer Lopez is already a triple threat.
Now the pop star is about to add writer to her resume. According to “The Hollywood Reporter,” J.Lo will make her authorial debut with “True Love.”
The memoir, to be released on October 28, will tackle the “transformative two-year journey of how, as an artist and a mother, she confronted her greatest challenged, identified her biggest fears, and ultimately emerged a strong person than she’s ever been,” “THR” reports.
The Lopez Family Foundation, which she co-founded to help women and children, will receive a portion of the proceeds.
Along with the June release of her next record, the singer is also currently wrapping up the thirteenth season of FOX’s “American Idol,” and she’s rumored to return next season.
In 2015, she’ll also unveil a new scripted drama on NBC, in which she’ll play an undercover cop and mother.
