As a self-proclaimed “Warrior,” Kesha is ready for battle – a singing battle, that is.
Since leaving rehab, the pop star is making her biggest move yet by signing on to judge a new singing competition, ABC’s “Rising Star.”
Beginning with the reality show’s June 22 premiere, she’ll sit alongside Ludacris and Brad Paisley, while Josh Groban has signed on to host, according to “The Hollywood Reporter.”
The show, based on an Israeli format, will feature fans voting for singers in real time through social media.
With Ludacris hosting the Billboard Music Awards this Sunday, it’s more than likely that we’ll see the four onstage together long before the end of June.
After leaving the rehab facility in March, she tweeted to fans, “Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music. I can’t thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me.”
Perhaps she and Luda can whip up a duet for her next album. Sound off her Kesha’s decision to join “Rising Star” in the comments!
