’s death was mourned far and wide by family and fans alike.

Now the widow of the driver, Roger Rodas, who was also killed in the November crash that took Walker’s life, is suing Porsche.

In the lawsuit, his wife, Kristine Rodas, asserts that the fatal accident was due to “a failure in the car’s suspension system, as well as a lack of proper safety features,” “The Wrap” reports.

The suit also claims Porsche Cars North American knew of the dangers of the car, a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, which was reportedly a Le Mans racecar design transformed into a sports car.

Rodas had two children with her late husband.

While Walker’s brother, Cody, recently told the AP that he couldn’t discuss his involvement in “Fast & Furious 7,” he and his other brother, Caleb Walker will fill in as body doubles on the film. “Fast 7” resumed filming this year for a release in 2015.
