Kim Kardashian and Kanye West aren’t headed down the aisle just yet.
TMZ reports that the pair cannot get married yet as they’re still figuring out their prenuptial agreement.
The prenup will likely not be signed until next week, but things are said to be heading in the right direction for a Memorial Day weekend wedding in France.
Kim previously confirmed that they would tie the knot during the month of May, but this week she went on a Twitter rant nixing rumors about a 1,600-person guest list.
She also denied that anyone has seen her real wedding dress and reports that they’ll film the ceremony for “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
On Tuesday night, Kim shared a lengthy blog post titled “On My Mind” about the racism her fiancé and daughter North West have faced.
“To be honest, before I had North, I never really gave racism or discrimination a lot of thought. It is obviously a topic that Kanye is passionate about, but I guess it was just easier to believe that it was someone else’s battle,” she wrote.
“I feel a responsibility as a mother, a public figure, a human being, to do what I can to make sure that not only my child, but all children, don’t have to grow up in a world where they are judged by the color of their skin, or their gender, or their sexual orientation,” she went on.
