With her latest single “Problem,” Ariana Grande has proven that she’s no flash in the pan.
“Billboard” reports that she’s got certainly got staying power, with the new song poised to break records this week.
“Problem,” Grande’s duet with Iggy Azalea, will likely not just debut in the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100, but it could score one of the top 10 “biggest sales debuts” ever for a digital song with roughly 425,000 downloads.
The official music video has yet to debut, though the singer has already posted a lyric video for “Problem” that has garnered nearly four million hits in just five days.
Despite starring on Nickelodeon’s “Victorious” for several years before spinning off onto “Sam & Cat,” Grande became an overnight musical sensation on “The Way” with Mac Miller.
Her partner in crime, Iggy Azalea, is similarly finding Billboard success, with a string of hits including “Fancy” with Charli XCX and an upcoming collaboration with Jennifer Lopez on the pop star’s upcoming “AKA” LP.
