J.Lo has had many ups and downs in her personal life, so now she’s breaking it down to her “First Love”: her singing career.
Along with the release of her new single, Jennifer Lopez will unveil her 10th studio album, “A.K.A.,” later this year, according to the official press release.
"Music has always been my First Love…. As a girl who grew up in the Bronx, I listened to everything," she said (via the release). "In my career I have always made music that is a reflection of me… and where I am in my life... And on this, my 10th album release, I have created a collection of songs that make me feel good and make me feel happy."
Lopez collaborates on the album with artists like Sia, Chris Brown, Pitbull, Iggy Azalea, French Montana, Rick Ross, TI and Tyga.
With her lyric video for “First Love,” J.Lo follows up previous singles “Same Girl” and “I Luh Ya Papi,” both of which feature the pop superstar going back to her roots.
“A.K.A.” will drop on June 17. List to “First Love” and weigh in on the single and the album artwork in the comments!
