If you thoughts
Rihanna’s “Vogue Brasil” shots were scandalous, you clearly haven’t seen her cover for “Lui” magazine.

The people at Instagram must have hoped they hadn’t, as they reportedly threatened to shut down the pop star’s account if she did not remove the fully topless photos.

She obliged, but not without a fight. The star first shared a Photoshopped image of herself sporting an ‘80s-style pantsuit jacket, with the words” Rih’s next magazine cover if it was up to Instagram” written across the image.

Rihanna then shared a cropped version of the image (left), with the words “When will your tan lines?” scrawled at the bottom.

The star wasn’t done yet, later sharing a full poster-size version of the image with her breasts covered in French text and a series of drawings imitating the cover.

Rihanna is still using the NSFW photo as her Twitter avatar, and it’s unclear if the site will also ask her to remove it.
