In just a few years, Adam Lambert has gone from an “American Idol” finalist to an acclaimed solo artist, “Glee” star and sometime Queen vocalist.

As such, his former label will celebrate the acclaimed singer with a “The Very Best of Adam Lambert” release on May 27, according to “The Hollywood Reporter.”

The record includes a number of hits from his first two LPs, including “”Whataya Want from Me” and the title tracks from “Trespassing” and “For Your Entertainment.”

Three of his “Idol” performances, including covers of U2’s “One” and Tears for Fears’ “Mad World,” open “Very Best,” while his “Glee” cover of Lady Gaga’s “Marry the Night” closes the 14-track recording.

Aside from recording for his next LP, Lambert will also tour with Queen once again this June.
