Between “
Divergent” in March and “Mockingjay – Part 1” in November, there isn’t a bit of a young adult gap at the box office.

Luckily, the decidedly less violent “The Fault in Our Stars” is set to pick up the slack, as the John Green adaptation awaits release.

“TFIOS” stars Shailene Woodley (“Divergent”) as Hazel, a teenager living with cancer who meets the boy of her dreams (Ansel Elgort) at a support group.

The extended trailer released this week gives extra shading to her relationship with both Gus (Elgort) and her parents, played by “True Blood” actor Sam Trammell and Laura Dern.

Gus, who has been in remission for some time, struggles to show her that she is anything but ordinary, even though she contends that with her illness, she’s “a grenade.”

“TFIOS” hits theaters on June 6. Does it look like something you plan to see this summer? Sound off in the comments!

Gus (Ansel Elgort), Isaac (Nat Wolff), and Hazel (Shailene Woodley) enjoy their egg-throwing prank.
