After all the false reunion rumors this week, here's some happy news for “Traveling Pants” fanatics: The girls might be returning for “Sisterhood Everlasting.”

According to “The Hollywood Reporter,” Alloy Entertainment is officially plotting the third feature film adaptation from Ann Brashares’s “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants” novels.

The first two films starred Alexis Bledel, Amber Tamblyn, America Ferrara and Blake Lively as four teenage girlfriends going their separate ways.

In “Everlasting,” the quartet picks up a decade later, when one of them tries to get the gang back together by organizing a trip.

While the stars have not officially signed on, the timing is right, considering that the four actresses (and real-life friends) met up last year for the reunion issue of “Entertainment Weekly.”

“I think the four of us only ever think about how we can get back together and make people pay us to be with each other,” Ferrara told “EW” (via HuffPost). “So all four of us would be very, very open to working with each other.”

What’s your take on a third “Traveling Pants” movie? Would you see if even if they recast the roles? Weigh in below!
