Just two weeks after “True Tori” was announced, the first teaser for Tori Spelling’s newest reality series has hit the web.

It’s certainly a change to see the normally-cheerful Spelling and her husband, Dean McDermott, getting uncomfortably real after allegations of his infidelity come to light.

McDermott isn’t messing around in the teaser for the Lifetime docuseries, fully admitting to cheating on his wife.

“That’s my worst nightmare. I cheated on my wife… I was out of control,” he says in the 30-second preview.

The most heartbreaking moment is saved for last, when during a counseling session, he asks his sobbing wife incredulously, “You don’t think you deserve me?”

Spelling is well aware that this “might not have a happy ending,” but we’re definitely tuning in for her “True Tori.”

The show was announced in late March and is set to premiere less than a month later, signaling a desire from the network to get the series on the air while the zeitgeist continues.

“True Tori” debuts on April 22 at 10pm on Lifetime. What did you think of the trailer? Weigh in below!
