LOS ANGELES, CA - DECEMBER 18: Singer/producer Justin Bieber arrives at the premiere Of Open Road Films' 'Justin Bieber's Believe' at Regal Cinemas L.A. Live on December 18, 2013 in Los Angeles, California.
When it comes to the life of a teen idol, Joe Jonas is an expert.

The former Jonas Brothers singer seemed to grow up without too much drama, but he still has sympathy for the “Biebers of the world.”

In a new interview with “Scene,” Jonas shared his thoughts on Justin Bieber’s recent brushes with the law.

“I’ve had an easier route than most. The youngsters just turning 20, the Biebers of the world, are under a microscope,” the 24-year-old star told “Scene.” “[Bieber] is having a very tough time finding balance. I think we all saw it coming. Your dad is your party animal – that’s going to sum it up pretty quick. There’s an equation for some sort of explosion.”

Despite the breakup of the JoBros, Jonas comes from a tight-knit family, something explored on his brother Kevin’s E! docuseries, “Married to Jonas.”

The Disney alum also said that he’s still “in the process of deciding” his next musical process, since it’s been three years since the release of his solo LP, “Fastlife.”
