When Rachel Frederickson won “The Biggest Loser” last season, not everybody was cheering.

The 24-year-old star was accused of losing an unhealthy amount of weight and the show received a backlash about their regulations.

Now Frederickson herself has spoken out to “Us Weekly,” talking about her new weight of 125 pounds.

“I’ve gone up about 20 pounds,” she told “Us.” “I think I’m at my perfect weight!”

The reality star even went so far as to call the controversy “a gift,” adding, “It started a discussion about body image. That’s huge.”

Beyond that, the NBC reality show is reportedly considering tweaks to include “more focus on what happens to the winner after they are supposedly done with the show,” a source told “E! News.”

During her time on the show, Frederickson, who works as a voice actress, dropped from roughly 260 pounds to 105 by the finale.
