Lorde has made a career out of rejecting all things glossy, so it makes sense that she’s speaking out against retouched photos.

The extremely vocal “Royals” singer posted two images of herself on Twitter from her show at Chile’s Lollapalooza, calling one of the two out for the use of Photoshop to clear up her skin, “The Huffington Post” reports.

She did not let that get in the way of her fun, adding, “still B UZ Z I N G. had the most fun today. If this is what performing in south america is like i never want to go home!”

Of note here is that Lorde slammed Taylor Swift in Metro” magazine last fall for her blemish-free image:

“Taylor Swift is so flawless, and so unattainable, and I don’t think it’s breeding anything good in young girls,” she said. “’I’m never going to be like Taylor Swift, why can’t I be as pretty as Lorde?’ That’s f***ing bulls***.”

The musician later clarified, writing about the “intense [P]hotoshop culture and the endless strive for perfection.” Yet TSwift must not have taken it too hard, as the stars are now close friends.
