“Scandal” star Columbus Short might be in need of a fixer of his own.
The actor, best known for playing Harrison on the ABC hit, was arrested Wednesday after reportedly assaulting a man at a restaurant in Los Angeles earlier this month.
“The L.A. Times” reports that Short has been charged with “felony battery with serious bodily injury for allegedly knocking a man and breaking his nose.”
He has since been released on bail and could face up to four years in prison.
In July 2010, the actor was charged with a similar crime, and last month, he was charged with battery against his wife and he has since pleaded not guilty.
“Scandal” made headlines last week after killing off one of their most high-profile recurring characters, James, played by Emmy winner Dan Bucatinsky.
Due to star Kerry Washington’s pregnancy, there will only be three episodes remaining in season 3 after tonight’s airing. “Scandal” airs Thursday nights at 10pm on ABC.
