Chris Brown will be serving real jail time after getting kicked out of rehab last week.
ABC News reports that the judge in his case has ordered him to stay in prison until April 23, when he will hold a probation violation hearing.
Brown was set to appear in court in Washington, D.C. in the case of his alleged assault of a man on the street, and he is unlikely to be able to make the trip.
In his ruling, the judge reportedly referred to the singer’s “inability to stay out of trouble,” according to TMZ.
Brown is still on probation for the felony assault of his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, and he still has a large segment of his community service requirement left to complete.
His ousting from rehab reportedly stems from his refusal to submit to a drug test, getting too close to a female patient and allegedly referencing his skills with guns and knives, according to ABC.
The musician was being treated at the rehab facility for bipolar disorder, anger management and substance abuse.
