While she continues on her road to recovery, Amanda Bynes is not quite out of the woods with the law.
But things are looking up, as the star has allegedly signed a plea deal in the case of her DUI arrest from April 2012, according to TMZ.
Bynes reportedly agreed to 3 years of probation, along with vines and a three-month alcohol education course.
Beyond that, her license has also been suspended based on a California law regarding the refusal to submit to a breathalyzer test.
Since leaving the rehab facility where she was getting treatment, the actress is believed to have enrolled in a fashion design program.
At a hearing regarding her conservatorship, her mother, Lynn Bynes, was praised by the judge for getting her back on track.
Her mother will continue to act as the conservator over Bynes’s legal and financial decisions, but this is a definite victory for the recuperating star.
