Susan Sarandon’s family is about to get a little bit bigger.
Her daughter, Eva Amurri, is expecting with her first child with her husband, Kyle Martino, “People” reports.
“We are so excited to announce that we are expecting our first child together,” the pair said in a joint statement to “People.” “Having a family has always been a priority for us both and we couldn’t be happier!”
Amurri Martino and her husband tied the knot in October 2011. At this point, there’s no word on how far along she is or if the sex of the baby has been revealed.
The actress and her mother are set to take their relationship to the small screen, co-starring in an NBC pilot called “Growing Ivy,” according to “The Hollywood Reporter.”
Sarandon would play her eccentric mother, who moves in with the uptight Ivy (Martino) when the career-driven daughter attempts to “restore balance and potentially find love.”
