Apparently, it’s not always a “Good Time” to be Carly Rae Jepsen.

TMZ reports that the singer lost her copyright infringement suit over the song she collaborated on with Owl City.

A singer named Ally Burnett sued both Jepsen and Owl City, along with their label, back in 2012, claiming that their hit song was a rip-off of her own song, “Ah, It’s a Love Song.”

TMZ repords that the label, BMI, has been ordered to pay Burnett more than $800,000 in damages.

Jepsen, who lit up the charts last summer with “Call Me Maybe,” found another Billboard hit in “Good Time,” topping out at no. 8 on the Billboard charts.

She is next headed to Broadway in “Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella,” which begins a 12-week run on February 4.
