Saul isn’t the only “Breaking Bad” star spinning off from the AMC hit.
The character, played by Bob Odenkirk, will be joined by Jonathan Banks in “Better Call Saul,” according to “The Hollywood Reporter.”
Banks will reprise his role as Mike Ehrmantraut in a series regular capacity. The rest of the cast has yet to be announced, but “Saul” is set to bow this November on AMC.
The veteran actor appeared in more than twenty episodes of “Bad” and is currently recurring as Professor Buzz Hickey on NBC’s cult hit “Community.”
Creator Vince Gilligan hinted last fall that Odenkirk would not be the only star to cross over, and there might be more to follow Banks.
“Personally, I’d have a hard time resisting putting all these guys in for a cameo or two every now and then,” he told “THR.”
