Ariana Grande has an incredible singing voice, and she’s not too bad at speaking her mind either.
The singer took to Instagram to respond to a rash of criticism about her hair, explaining why it always looks the same.
Grande, who appeared on “Victorious” for four seasons before starring in a spinoff, “Sam & Cat,” has damaged her hair from dying it to match the character’s bright red locks for four years.
“I now wear a wig on Sam & Cat. My real hair is back to brown and I wear extensions but I wear it in a pony tail because my actual hair is so broken that it looks absolutely ratchet and absurd when I let it down,” she explained.
The singer-actress went on to say that while she tried wigs and weaves, the extensions are the most comfortable to wear.
“So as annoying as it is for y’all to have to look at the same hair style all this time, it’s all that works for now (AND I’m comfortable for the first time in years)…”
Grande concluded the post by saying that she’s waiting for her natural hair to grow back, joking that she wears “more fake hair than every drag queen on earth combined.”
