Amanda Bynes appears to be back on track after leaving an inpatient facility, but the star still has to deal with the legal issues she faced before getting help.
E! News reports that Bynes could have the charges dropped in the case in which she reportedly threw a bong out of her window after the police came to her New York apartment.
At the time, she was charged with reckless endangerment, criminal possession of marijuana and tampering with evidence.
If she completes six months of counseling, her attorney told reporters (via E!) that those charges will be dismissed.
The 27-year-old actress also reportedly enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Orange County, according to E! News.
Her lawyer shared a statement last year upon Bynes’s release that her client planned to pursue an education in fashion design.
At this time, it is unclear when she will start classes, though the term began earlier this week.
