Lifetime’s “Witches of East End” has cast a spell on viewers, enough so that the network has granted the witchy new series a second season.

Set to premiere in 2014, season 2 will consist of 13 episodes, according to The Futon Critic.

The show stars Julia Ormond, Madchen Amick, Jenna Dewan-Tatum and Rachel Boston as four witches fighting off evil in a small New England town.

“With its great story telling and amazing cast, Witches of East End is leading a full-blown witch renaissance,” Lifetime’s Executive VP and General Manager Rob Sharenow said in a statement. “The show’s perfect mix of premium execution with content that is in the zeitgeist is drawing new viewers to Lifetime and we’re very excited to be bringing it back for a second season.”

Notably, “Witches of East End” is the network’s youngest skewing scripted series ever, making it a boon for advertisers.

With just two episodes left, the season one finale will air Sunday, December 15 at 10pm. Are you excited for more “Witches”? Sound off in the comments!
