Marlon Wayans should prepare to get haunted again.

The “Scary Movie” star is back in “A Haunted House 2,” the 2013 sleeper hit in which he starred with returning castmates Dave Sheridan, Cedric the Entertainer and Essence Watkins, “Entertainment Weekly” reports.

Based on the trailer, the sequel picks up one year after the events of the original and follows Wayans’s Malcolm as he tries to make a new start with his new girlfriend (Jaime Pressley) and her kids.

Instead, he finds that he cannot escape the paranormal, as the new house is just as – if not more – haunted than his last one.

The preview for the horror spoof also shows Malcolm getting off to a rocky start with his new neighbor, played by Gabriel Iglesias.

On a reported $2.5 million budget, the original “A Haunted House” earned more than $40 million in the U.S.

“A Haunted House 2” expected to be released on March 28, 2014. Are you down for “A Haunted House 2”? Weigh in below!
