Eddie Cibrian is denying that there is any truth to the rumors that he and wife LeAnn Rimes are calling it quits.
In a new interview with “Entertainment Tonight” for his new film, “The Best Man Holiday,” the 40-year-old actor says they’re doing just fine.
“[The rumors have] been going on for so long. They’re just absurd, and to give any validity to any of these things, it’s crazy,” he told “ET.”
Cibrian also opened up about the couple’s forthcoming VH1 series, a semi-scripted reality series centered on their lives and their children.
“We have such a great marriage, very functional and we just decided to do a show to screw that all up,” he cracked.
One insider tells “Us Weekly” that the reports are so off base that they’ve become a source of comedy in the Cibrian-Rimes household.
“They’ve been laughing off rumors of his infidelity. They really don’t take all the reports too seriously and have been doing fine,” the source says.
